1. I bought my Carly license via Google Play Store. How can I upgrade my Carly single-brand license to Carly for All brands?
- Unlock Carly Features for All Brands only via the Carly website.
- Contact us via this contact form, choose “App Upgrade to All Brands” as a type of Issue, and send us the two invoices for both purchases (old Carly single brand license & new Carly license).
**Please contact Google Play support to send you the invoice for your first app purchase if you don't find it.
- After you have sent us two invoices, we will refund you the remaining time of your first app purchase in Google Play Store.
To keep in mind 💡: Carly does not refund costs for your Carly single brand license IF you purchase the Carly for all brands license via Google!
2. I bought my Carly license via Apple App Store. How can I upgrade my Carly single-brand license to Carly for All brands?
- Please purchase all brand licenses under the same account in the Apple App Store, just as you bought the single license. Apple will then offset the cost for the remaining term.
3. I purchased the premium package for a single brand. How can I upgrade to Carly for all brands?
- Log in here.
- Once you are logged in, please click on "My Account".
- In the "My Subscription" section, you will have the option to click on the upgrade button as follows:

To keep in mind 💡:
- Read and acknowledge the terms & conditions to proceed with the upgrade process. The cost for both Carly licenses purchased on the web will counterbalance during the upgrade.
- If your app license for a single brand is cancelled, the automatic upgrade via your Carly web account is not possible. In this case, you will need to purchase the app license for All Brands separately online. Please keep in mind that we do not offset the cost for the remaining time in this scenario.
4. What else do I need to know about the upgrade to all Brands?
The Carly Features for All Brands are only compatible with the new Carly Scanner (not older generation scanners). If you have an older generation scanner, you can order the Premium Package for All Brands on our web.
