How do I return my Carly Scanner?

1. I bought Basic package (Scanner Only).

If you purchase the Basis Package and return the Carly Scanner within 14 days of delivery, you’ll receive a full refund. Your refund will be processed using your original payment method. Please note, that returns made after this period cannot be refunded.

The return instructions vary based on your location. 

Please ensure you fill out our form accurately and write the same email address you provided when ordering Carly. Missing information may prevent us from locating your order and processing your refund.

  • Please visit Carly Return Portal to report your return (use only this link).
  • Print out the return paper for Carly's documentation (this is not for the shipping courier), place it inside the box, and send the package to the address mentioned on the return paper. 

• I am in the United Kingdom
