What should I do if there is INFO Fault Code?
INFO fault codes are NOT serious fault codes. INFO fault codes are real fault codes that give you general information such as normal wear/tear in the components and broken components. Other mechanics often do not find these info fault codes because they usually only check the fault code memory, not the info code memory. To read info fault codes, it is necessary to access the info memory specifically. However, Carly displays both the fault code memory and the info code memory directly. You can still drive the car without the chances of any further damage, but you will still need to repair the causes of these codes.
To keep in mind 💡:
Info fault codes are available only for BMW vehicles.
Sometimes faulty codes remain after coding. In such cases, the fault code can be erased after restoring the backup.
