1. I have a discount code, how can I redeem it on the Carly website?
To redeem the voucher code on our web, please follow these steps:
- Once you are on the checkout page, fill in your billing and shipping address:
- Check the voucher field, introduce your voucher code, and then click on apply:
To keep in mind 💡: During our campaigns, the voucher will be already prefilled so you will only need to click on 'Apply'!
- Click on the orange button 'continue to payment'
- Now choose your payment method and complete your purchase
2. I have a voucher code but it wasn't applied to my order. What can I do?
If the voucher code hasn't been applied for any reason, please contact our support team here.
3. If I bought the Carly license with a voucher, will then be the same price every year?
If you purchase the Carly license or upgrade to Carly for all Brands or Smart Mechanic, the voucher applies only for the first year. Next year the app will renew at a normal price!
