1. I want to gift Carly to a friend. What can I do?
You can get a gift voucher for your beloved ones here.
You will receive two e-mails from us:
- an order confirmation
- a separate email with your individual voucher code
2. For which product can I use the gift voucher from Carly?
The voucher code can be applied to any Carly product on the Carly website.
To keep in mind 💡: The gift voucher is only valid on the Carly website (no in-app purchases) and can be used for purchases in the same currency.
3. Can I return a Carly gift voucher?
A gift voucher can be returned to the voucher buyer within 14 days after purchase for a full refund, if not applied yet.
4. How can I use my Carly gift voucher?
You can buy any Carly product with the voucher on the Carly website in the same currency used for voucher purchases.
To keep in mind 💡:
- All gift vouchers are valid for two years
- The Carly product bought with the voucher cannot be returned for a refund
- The Carly scanner works only with the Carly app
- If after purchase, you still have the rest amount on your voucher and would like to use it, please write us here and we will find a solution for your case
- The voucher cannot be applied to Google Play / Apple App Stores!
5. I don't have Carly yet. How can I start with Carly?
If you haven't used Carly before, you need a Carly Scanner (suitable for all car brands from 2001 onwards as well as iOS & Android operation systems) and a Carly App. You can purchase either a Basis Package (Carly Scanner & Carly Lite Version of the app for free) or a Premium Package which includes an annual app license (all the supported Carly Features) and a Carly scanner for free!

6. I have the Carly Scanner already, can I still use my gift voucher?
If you have a Carly scanner already, then you can use your gift voucher to unlock the Carly Features in the app either for a single brand or for all brands. Moreover, you can activate the Smart Mechanic Feature as an additional function!
