Ready to start with the Upgrade? Please follow these steps:
- Unlock Carly Features for All Brands via Carly website: https://app.mycarly.com/en/country/
- Contact us under https://carly.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new , choose “App Renewal & Upgrade” as a Type of Issue and send us two invoices for both purchases (old app & new app) as well as your PayPal account or bank details
If you have bought your single brand app in Google Play / Apple App Store and cannot find the invoice, no problem! Please contact Google / Apple Support.
Google / Apple will send you the invoice upon request. 😉
- We will refund the money for the remaining time of your old app and send you a confirmation email
Please keep in mind that the Carly Features for All Brands are compatible ONLY with the new Carly Universal OBD Scanner (not older generation scanners).
