You have already bought Carly Features for a single brand and now want to unlock all available Carly Features for all supported car brands? Follow the below:
Please check which of the following two cases applies to your current purchase:
1. You purchased via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store an annual App license for a single brand and wish to upgrade it to the All Brands features, please follow these steps:
- Unlock Carly Features for All Brands only via the Carly website
Please keep in mind: Carly does not refund costs should the app for all brands be purchased via Google or Apple.
- Contact us via this contact form, choose “App Renewal & Upgrade” as a Type of Issue, and send us the two invoices for both purchases (old app & new app) as well as your PayPal account or bank details.
**If you have purchased your single brand app via Google Play / Apple App Store and cannot find the invoice. Please contact Google / Apple Support. Google / Apple will send you the invoice upon request.
2. - You purchased the Premium Package (single brand annual license + scanner for free) or
- You purchased the license for a single brand and would like to upgrade to All Brands, please follow these steps:
- Login here.
- Once you are logged in, please click on ‘My Account’:
- In the ‘My Subscription’ section, you will have the option to click on the upgrade button as follows:
- After you have clicked on it, you will be forwarded to the confirmation page:
- Acknowledge the terms and conditions to proceed with the upgrade process
- The cost for both App licenses purchased on the web will counterbalance during the upgrade
Please keep in mind that all Carly Features for All Brands are only compatible with the new Carly Universal OBD Scanner (not older generation scanners). If you have an older generation scanner, you can order the Premium Package for All Brands (App license for All Brands and the Universal scanner for free) on our web
If you have bought your single brand App in Apple App Store or Google Play Store and upgrade it to All Brands via the Carly web, please cancel the auto-renewal of the first App in your Apple App Store / Google Play account. Should you not know how to proceed, you can find help here.
