1. Am I eligible to return the Carly Scanner?
If you purchase the Basis Package and send the Carly Scanner back within 14 days after the delivery date, we'll give you a full refund. Your refund will be issued using your original payment method. All returns sent after this period won't be refunded!
2. I bought the Premium Package, can I return the Carly Scanner and get a refund?
With the Premium package, you unlock the Carly license and receive the Carly Scanner FOR FREE, therefore the Carly Scanner cannot be refunded.
3. My Carly Scanner is not working, what can I do?
If you believe that your Carly Scanner has a malfunction, please contact our support team via this web form for further instructions and choose "Connection" as a type of issue.
To keep in mind💡: You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your scanner arrives at our warehouse. We will process your return within 5-10 business days!
4. I am in Europe, how can I send back the Carly Scanner?
- Go to: https://carly.returnbird.com/ and report your return in the online portal (please use only this link!)
- Print out the return paper (for Carly's documentation only, NOT for the shipping courier!), put it inside the box, and send the package to the address mentioned in the return paper.
