The scanner can be returned and refunded ONLY IF it has been purchased separately from the app license. If you purchased a Scanner+ (in this package you unlock the app license and receive a scanner FOR FREE), the scanner cannot be refunded.
You can return a newly bought scanner within 14 days as of the delivery date. All returns sent later won't be refunded. If you believe that your scanner has a malfunction, please contact our support team via this web form for further instructions and choose "Connection" as a type of issue.
Important to note: You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your scanner arrives at our warehouse. We will process your return within 5-10 business days. The amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method you chose during the purchase.
To send the scanner back, please follow the instructions below:

- Go to: https://carly.returnbird.com/ and report your return in the online portal (please use only this link)
- Print out the return paper (for Carly documentation only, NOT for the shipping courier!), put it inside the box, and send the package to the address mentioned in the return paper. Please keep in mind that this is not a return label and you still have to cover the return shipping cost.
