If you purchased the app license directly on our website, please send us the invoice and write "App Cancel Automatic Renewal" at the latest 24 hours before the renewal date: https://carly.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
We will cancel the automatic renewal for you.
Purchase via Apple and Google
If you purchased the app license via Apple or Google, please cancel the auto-renewal directly in the settings on your phone under "subscriptions" in the respective store. Here is the instruction:
Unfortunately, we can't cancel the auto-renewal for you due to the restrictions of Apple and Google.
