What can you do, if your fault reports aren’t visible in your Digital Garage?

If your fault reports aren’t visible in your Digital Garage, please check the following:

  • Make sure you are logged in to Digital Garage in the app
  • Make sure you have an Internet connection from the app
  • Check the date at the bottom on Digital Garage page in the app when the last communication to Digital Garage server took place. The app stores your fault reports while the app is offline and attempts to resend them as soon as your device is online and the app is running.
