What can you do, if you forgot your password or have problems with the login?

No problem. We have incorporated a password reset button on the login page of Digital Garage.

Just press the password reset button and send an e-mail to the e-mail address that you registered with. This way you can reset your password.

If you have problems with the login, please check the following steps, when trying to login from within the app:

  • Make sure you have an Internet Connection running
  • Make sure you use the same email as login which you registered with
  • If you are connected to the Internet and get a message that there is no connection, try again later. If this error remains, please contact us over garage@mycarly.com. Please add to the contact mail, the e-mail address you are trying to login with, that you are trying to login through the app and the error message you are getting.

If you have problems with the login, please check the following steps, when trying to login from the internet paeg https://garage.mycarly.com/:

  • Make sure you use the same email as login which you registered with
  • Should you still not be able to login, please reset your password here.
  • Should you not be able to reset your password, please contact us over garage@mycarly.com. Please add to the contact mail, the e-mail address you are trying to login with and the browser (name, version and operating system).

 

Should you have problems with the login in Digital Garage, please write us over garage@mycarly.com and always include the information with which e-mail address you are trying to login and, if you are trying to login through the app or the internet page and what the error message you are getting.
