The activation/installation of the app is not successful: What can you do?

Android:
Please update to the newest version first through the Google Play Store.

Then follow these steps until it works.

1) Please clear the cache for Google Play Store and Google Services in your Android App Settings

2) Please uninstall through Android App Settings and reinstall the App directly from the Google Play Store for free.

3) Please check if you are logged in with the exact same Google Play Account as you bought Carly with.

4) Please be connected to the internet while opening and activating the app – no connection to car yet!

5) Please send your Google Play invoice to support@mycarly.com. We will check for you if there is any problem with the purchase.

iPhone/iPad:
Please update to the newest version first through the App Store.

Then follow these steps until it works.

1) Please uninstall Carly and reinstall the App directly from the App Store for free.
2) Please check if you are logged in with the exact same App Store Account as you bought Carly with. Only then will this download be free.
3) Please make sure you are connected to the internet (not the Carly WIFI adapter) when you first open the Carly app – no connection to car yet!
