In 99% we respond within less than 24 hours – normally within a few hours on the same day. So should you not have gotten a response within that time, either your email has not reached us or it got lost somehow. Please resend your request latest within 2 days. We respond to all emails with attached lite log, as long it is the first log to be answered. Repeated requests from lite version for fault reports cannot be answered unfortunately – this is what the pro version is for. Emails coming from the pro version without any comment will not be answered, since there is no question. We are using these logs to further improve the apps quality.
